Denim Darling

Jacket: ASOS; Tank: Calypso, old; Jeans: c/o Rich & Skinny; Heels: Zara, old; Handbag: Zara, old (Similar); Watch: Michael Kors; White Animal Cuff: Bauble Bar; Gold Elephant Cuff: Bauble Bar; Twitter Handle Necklace: Bauble Bar; Initial Rings: c/o Gorjana (as seen in my collection for Possessionista for OpenSky!): Sunglasses: Ray-Ban

Growing up, I was never much of a jeans girl. Ask my Mom…she will tell you that as a child I wanted to wear dresses all day, everyday (and as a toddler, I was very interested in the matching bloomers that accompanied the dresses!).

But as I have grown up, and seen the need for being comfortable, jeans have suddenly appealed me.  I still don’t LOVE jeans…and I wouldn’t refer to myself as a “jeans girl”….but I do LOVE jeans with interest…think: printed, colored, trouser, boyfriend.

And luckily, I have finally found the brands of jeans that fit me perfectly.  And if you have spent anytime trying on jeans, you know its quite the time commitment, similar to trying on swimsuits…you’ll try on about 152,739,383 pairs, and then you try on that one pair and the heavens part and you scream “OMG THIS IS THE PAIR!” and then you buy every color in that size/style.

Rich & Skinny Jeans is one one of the few brands that fits me like a glove.  And in an exciting turn on events, they have offered to give a pair of their Tulip cut (seen above) away as today’s Courtney’s Christmas Giveaway! Follow the rafflecopter below to enter to win a pair for yourself, and as usual, if the rafflecopter doesn’t load just refresh your browser!

Good luck!

I am for sure a “jean girl”. with a blazer and heels to a baggy sweater and flats, I live in jeans…or leggings (but only when the top I’m wearing covers my bum, cause who needs to see everything?). Living by the beach has its advantages, and being able to wear jeans all the time is one of them :)
